Shipping Policy
We’re so glad you found something you liked at YOUNG BY DILYS’! As part of our commitment to a hassle-free shopping experience, we provide free local delivery with exceptions and an extensive coverage of international delivery services.
If you live in Hong Kong
- Local Delivery - Our own delivery team will provide free delivery service to most areas in Hong Kong, except outlying islands, villages in New Territories, restricted areas, hotels and PO boxes. To ensure timely delivery, we will call the recipient a day in advance to arrange the delivery time. Delivery times are from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, excluding public holidays. We will reschedule deliveries when Black Rain or Typhoon 8 signal is hosted.
- Self Pick-Up - You can also choose to pick up your order at our showroom in Central. Notify us through email immediately after your purchase if you choose this option, and we will send you an email when your order is ready. Please bring valid photo identification with your name on it and payment receipt (physical or digital copy) when you come to collect your order. If someone is picking up the order on your behalf, make sure to send us an email with their full name in advance.
If you live outside of Hong Kong
We will be using FedEX International Economy® and FedEX International Priority® as our select courier service for international deliveries. We deliver to most global destinations, except for a few select countries*, restricted areas, hotels and PO boxes. The estimated delivery time is about five to seven business days. Please note that this estimated time is for reference only, and we are not liable for any short delays. If you require faster delivery, please contact us through email or call us, and we will respond to you within three business days.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Our courier will contact you directly if there are fees imposed during or after shipping.
Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within three business days, but expected shipping dates may vary per item, especially with custom-made products. If items are in stock, they will be dispatched within five to seven business days upon receipt of payment. If not, our team will notify you with the expected shipping date through email when the order is processed.
