Unless otherwise stated, we accept all returned items if they are in their original condition, unused and returned in their original packaging and guarantee cards. Please notify and initiate a return within 24 hours of receipt of a shipment in order to process your claim. Items must be received by our company within 30 days after delivery to be eligible for refund or exchange. Gift cards, custom orders and personalized/engraved items are final and cannot be returned.
In order to initiate a return, please fill out our return form within 24 hours of the delivery receipt time, stating the order number and brief reason for refund/exchange. A confirmation email with instructions regarding return shipping will be sent to you within three business days. Note that a request for refund/exchange will not be acknowledged if this form is not filled out.
We do not cover return shipping and shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Once we have received your item(s), we will notify whether your refund is approved or rejected through email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within five business days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will only replace items if they are damaged or defected. Unfortunately, even if an item qualifies for an exchange, we cannot always guarantee an exchange is possible since our products are made in low quantities. In the event that an exchange is not possible, we will provide you with a refund.
